Soar high on wings like... turkeys? by (me!) sandra, tvgp

i am so entertained by the contrast; to learn, that once upon a time..   the chances that instead of the Amercian Bald Eagle

   -if Benjamin Franklin would have had his way about it:

and allow me to "thank you!" stan for these fantastic photographs!




but you do have to give it to the turkeys for such wild diversity/contrast of glamour; texture; color; headdress; wardrobe... strut.  -sound...    and, I do see some red, white & blue...


and, just fun..   to replace Eagle with Turkey in different Bible passages...    and so,  Thank God it's the eagle.   amen.
