it is an exercise in awareness; gratitude; in locating your time/place in world history:from the time you wake, until the time you sleep: everything your eyes come across, everything your hand touches, everything you hear
with every single thing you use, from a coffee maker, to the shower, to a car, to the radio, cell phone, computer.. from the ingredients in your lunch, to the clean water you will drink... from paved sidewalks you will walk on, to the roads you will drive... from the carpet on your floor to the paint on your ceiling..
what do you use/enjoy vs. what you, yourself, had to make in order to use it and enjoy it?
