everyone should study forgiveness. everyone. -by (me!) sandra, tvgp
when you study,as you learn everything you can about forgiveness,
I hope you will end up, as I have;
in awe.
in awe of our ability to experience it; give it; receive it.
and in even greater awe of our ability to interpret that it is in fact, forgiveness, we are giving, receiving, experiencing
I mean,
how do we know? when and if we have genuinely forgiven ourselves or others? how is it we know?

and ask that same question for love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control

and confidence.

the thing that eluded me for decades, the hardest to come by, the slipperiest, the most fleeting
-confidence.
as much a stranger to me as a foreign language -I know its out there..
I see it, hear it in others..
I can label it, identify it in others..
but, I do not speak it.
and, for some time, I was relieved to learn it was not a fruit of the spirit...
but, the fascinating thing for me personally, is how often people would project it on to me, based on what they see
-you appear quite confident..
-you look confident...
-you sound confident...
but I am here to tell you,
and isn't that fascinating, how a person can appear, look, sound, carry themselves..
do all the things that outwardly signal inner confidence, and yet not have any.
but I do have some now.
how do I know? I can ~feeeeel it.

In Jesus Name, -of which I am very confident, -amen!
