this AI, -we can give example after example, (but stopping here with 2); where we put something in the search bar
and falsehoods pop up as if factual and true.
in sharing with others, i've been met with cavalier attitudes and responses. -just need to fact check.
but,
i am deeply concerned; very bothered.
why are blatant falsehoods allowed to pop up at all?
why isn't 'fact checking' taking place before any information pops up? why, if AI is so revolutionary can't it do the fact checking? Why isn't AI a truth seeker and truth reporter?
what is behind? where are the origins of the falsehoods? how, exactly, is this even happening?
who can be contacted to correct them? more importantly, prevent them!!
it is AWFUL and DANGEROUS on a GLOBAL SCALE.

in our justice system, it is 'innocent until proven guilty.'
but online, with AI, it is wise to think: absolutely false until proven true.

we were literally watching the same game, AI was reporting didn't exist because the college football season was in the past.
why is this being allowed? tolerated? normalized?
there should be a 'dont have current facts' pop up, way before we just get exposed to blatant falsehoods.
correcting this should be an absolute priority!
