Met all criteria:
The outer packaging is halloween themed.
The inner, individual candy packaging is matching halloween theme;
and then, look how cute!! and the most important criteria: the candy itself is shaped like a count dracula, and not just in shape, but with details!
-Would be #1, if that was all, but it's not, we also include taste
and who doesn't love a kit kat bar.. delicious!
-really, really in true halloween spirit "CONGRATULATIONS!"

Let's talk about snickers for a moment.. they were just about disqualified for this trick:
when you open the bag, you get regular 'ole, any day of the week, snickers bars. nothing halloween themed on the individual candies inside the bag.. and nothing halloween about the candy itself
shame on you snickers.. but wait! look how quickly they redeemed themselves:
oh my gosh, adorable! and meets all criteria! a worthy and very close, 2ND PLACE for you...
Our HONORABLE MENTION goes to reeses pumpkins
but see how the outer packaging shows jack-o-latern detail, as does the individual candy packaging inside the bag; but then look when you actually open the individual candy wrapper
just the shape of the pumpkin with zero jack o latern detail; let the above snickers candy inspire you for next year..
LASTLY, we give our MOST CHARMING award to
come on.. how cute are these.. the outer box with halloween packaging, and the inner individual rice crispy treats with the same adorable packaging..
but the rice crispy treat itself.. nothing halloween about it..
we love these though! pass them out with joy! and they have the added bonus of being available as a safe halloween treat for kids with peanut allergies..
