The court has received your letter requesting an immediate injunction against the City of San Jose regarding a proposed tiny home site for homeless residents in your area.  If you wish to file an injunction against the city as to this project, you may do so at the Civil Courthouse at 191 N First Street in San Jose.  I cannot give you legal advice on the process of filing the injunction.  You may wish to seek legal advice or you may review the court’s self-help page at https://www.scscourt.org/self_help.shtml.
