CH = type vegetable in the search bar of this blog.
Now, to my thinking these are the possibilities:
1. A rats brain really does look like this vegetable.
2. The produce you purchased at the farmers market you thought was a vegetable is really a rat brain
3. The person who made the 'rat dreams' documentary used a picture of a vegetable instead of the actual rat brain.
My suspicion is #3. Anyone care to join me in my curiosity? Add a 4th/5th possible explanation?
