 thoroughly enjoying this memoir; melania.   -written after President Trump's service as USA's 45th President; but before Trump became our 47th President too..

i rather hope she'll write another...

admit, i had to look it up..    where is slovenia?  

and also admit,  -keeping in mind my husband and i do not watch 'the news' or subscribe to any consumer newspapers or magazines..

i knew  -zero-  about melania prior to reading this..     and, have more to share about what i've read..

but, 

for time being;

   -which is CHRISTMAS TIME..

i feel such an urge to advocate for BOOKS!!   BUY BOOKS!!   REAL BOOKS!!  hard cover, soft cover..  

and the more i try to read online; the more i want to celebrate all the benefits of  REAL PAPER BOOKS!

words on paper...   on pages...

the ability to read without having to first make a decision about 'cookies'

without having to first answer questions about my privacy..   or first sign..  or first subscribe..  or first have to install an app in order to...

the ability to read without having to click on a box of one sort or another..

to read without the backlight of an online screen...

to read without ads constantly popping up and needing to be  X'd out...

to read without having a scroll of information running below or along side...

WOW! to how, not only awesome, it is to sit with a paper book in hand...

to enjoy the quiet; the ease on eyes, mind, soul, spirit.. of uninterrupted words on paper pages vs. an online screen..

if there is one thing we should hold on to with both hands, and demand remains with us, as we transition into an AI dominate world

it is BOOKS; hard cover, soft cover, PAPER BOOKS...   

where you turn a page...  vs.  scroll..

this is not just a personal preference; i believe our physical health and mental, emotional well being require it.

humanoids do not require this; but humans most certainly do.

BUY A BOOK; GIVE A BOOK; READ A BOOK; SHARE A BOOK; WRITE A BOOK
