We know this person DOES NOT BELONG PASSED OUT IN THE PARKING LOT of Berryessa Corners Shopping Center. But we have seen him there, and in passed out condition FOR WEEKS!
What can be done TODAY? to address this...
Please share the current obstacles you are facing as city leaders, that are preventing anyone from relocating this man to a more appropriate place.
We cannot normalize or ignore this. But multiple calls are going ignored...
Who is specifically responsible? Property Owners? Store Managers? SJPD? Social Services?
What are the current options? Jail? Hospital? Rehab? are there waiting lists? Is he already on a waiting list? Please do inform us.
