There is a singular illegal camper on the corner of Berryessa and Capitol, in front of a dentist office/McDonalds.  The garbage, trash, litter is accumulating daily.  With Dignity Acres Emergency Campgrounds -We would have a place for first responders to IMMEDIATELY RELOCATE this individual, thus preventing an encampment from spreading and colonizing and closing another strip plaza, store by store  -which then becomes indistinguishable from a city dump.  This is preventable.
