favorite art CH = favorite quote; inspired a new poem by (me!) sandra mickanen, topps, writeousmom
when my daughter sent me this pix.. "thanks love!" - of the mosaic created within the cracks of a sidewalk.. write away i was like., i love this person. and it made me think, immediately! of one of my favorite quotes..
-for the longest time, my top 2 quotes were, Maya Angelou's, -you can't use up creativity... and Ghandi's.. be the change...
but that was only because i had not yet had exposure to elsie de wolfe's
"i'm going to make everything beautiful - that will be my life."
God i love that... xoxo amen!

and of course, really.. mosaic in the concrete is going to CH to Tupac Shakur's poem, (again!) the rose that grew from concrete..
and it has been my great joy! to use his rhythm & rhyme (again!) from that poem, but change the words to capture the art above:
