3 major northern california milestones for (me!) sandra
-just felt pretty cool to me, personally.. that when we recently visited santa cruz beach boardwalk.. that, if i put the pix together, i have personally 'been there did that' for 3 major northern california milestones, and i like that they are 50, 75, then 100 year milestones.50th, for san francisco golden gate bridge [terrifying experience, blog post in here somewhere..]
75th, for alcatraz, [excellent experience!, and also 1st time the island allowed an art installation, which was by ai weiwei.. adding to the extra special cool factor]
100th, for the giant dipper at santa cruz beach boardwalk.. [way fun! rode twice...].

makes me wonder if i was ever at the 25th milestone celebration of anywhere major... -for the sake of patterns, -write.
i love celebrations.
