return to the scene of great times! half moon bay (sexy! & tops!) #half moon bay @writeousmom

our first time, a picnic on the beach behind barbara's fish trap; second time, way fun hike, delicious bday lunch w/san bruno & santa maria; and this most recent time -we brought the bikes.   -high charm bike ride along a path from pillar point air force station to....

see the surfers, the pelicans, the ocean waves, ships & boats, lots of families, couples, individuals
and all along the path, enough wildflowers to make summer look like spring, and the very charmingly staggered wood rail garden fence which borders the path on one side  -plus, sweet wood camp and too many of natures sculpted trees to take in on one visit; but beauty and personality everywhere you look.

...to the corner of kelly & balboa..  and back.

and now,

eventually..  when we actually pre-plan..   we are gonna have to try and meet up with squidmann & spike!

-how many of his blog posts & pictures   -and heart seen contributions come from and/or are inspired directly by half moon bay!

speaking of:

they sent this heart seen contribution via email 7/13:    i heart the beach

"Thank You!"  it is a great photograph  -fascinating to look at the natural way the rocks are sprinkled about and the natural design patterns in the sand  -and then that sweet heart shaped rock, standing out so bright and true.  love it!

and!

did i already mention...  how i love the drive..   (me!)?   -but 280 is an actually lovely highway  -so spacious, driver friendly, and nice views of landscapes, hills, trees on either side

and 92 is not so bad..   and speaking of:

here's a fun, cherished CH from our drive to half moon bay:

you know by now how they work  -write.  CH  cerebral hyperlinks:
because on our drive home, a car sped by us..   robert said something like, 'driving like a bat out of hell' and then that got us to thinking about a song by that name..  and then meatloaf..  and then next thing you know we are listening to paradise by the dashboard lights..

we all have bouncy pin-ball brains unless we train them.
